The ladies here are professional, kind and knowledgeable! They are knowledgeable and always willing to take time to understand your needs and how they can serve you best. The facility is always beautiful and inviting!

The wait wasn’t long and I was satisfied with the outcome

This was my first visit with a Dermatologist, and the experience was great. From the moment you walk in the door, you are politely greeted with staff who stopped what she was doing and gave me her full attention and promptly assisted me. The aesthetic of the building, lobby, and waiting room is very welcoming and calming. I did not get any sense of chaos or frustration. My appointment was punctual with only about a 15 minute wait until getting called back. The receiving nurse was kind and personable, listening to my feedback and not trying to talk over me. The physician was in promptly and did an excellent job of explaining everything they were looking at and any procedures they did. They did a thorough exam of more than just the issue I was referred there for, and really gave me a sense of care about my wellbeing. I cannot speak to every service that they offer, but the observation and treatment of a concerning spot on my skin was a much more pleasant medical experience than I expected. If only all care facilities could be as pleasant and professional as Vitality.
