What to Expect During Treatment?
The NuEra Tight treatment is extremely comfortable, commonly described similar to a ‘hot stone massage’. It is safe and quick, with no downtime. Typically, body areas are treated for 20-25 minutes and facial areas are treated for 10-15 minutes. While some patients start to see results after the first treatment, we generally recommended a series of 5 treatments, 1-2 weeks apart.
The results are lasting, however with time and the aging process the results are not permanent. We encourage you to ask about our “Get Smooth, Stay Smooth” program. This enables patient to start with an initial package of treatments, followed by touch-ups every 3-6 months to maintain lasting results.
How Does this Treatment Work?
This electro-medical device uses radiofrequency waves to gently heat the skin. When at the target temperature, we start to have collagen contraction and new collagen creation, kicking the body’s own healing mechanism. The NuEra Tight is equipped with Automatic Power and Impedance Control (APIC) technology, which increases the power and the temperature automatically and gradually. This allows for a safe, pain-free treatment.

Radio Frequency Microneedling
The Potenza microneedling treatment uses ultrafine needles and radiofrequency (RF) energy to penetrate the top layer of the skin and trigger the body’s natural healing process to regenerate new collagen and elastin. Unlike some other skin revitalization treatments, these treatments can be performed on all skin types, anywhere on the body and anytime of the year.

What to Expect During Treatment?
Our providers will apply a topical numbing cream prior to the procedure. Once you are numb, the handpiece is placed against your skin, allowing the radiofrequency energy and needles to penetrate. You may feel a stinging or mild burning sensation and light pressure from the needles as the device moves over the treatment area. Pinpoint bleeding is a normal occurrence but is limited to the time of the treatment. It is best to avoid alcohol the night before the treatment to minimize this.
Most treatments take less than an hour. For optimal results, you will likely need an initial series of three or four sessions one month apart. We’ll discuss the perfect Potenza protocol for you based on your aesthetic goals. We don’t proceed until we’re sure you understand exactly what we are going to do and what you can expect and are certain this is the optimal treatment to help you improve your skin.
