Receptionist has a bad attitude

We had a wonderful experience at Vitality Dermatology. The office staff was friendly and kind, and we were pleased with the fact that we could be seen soon. At our appointment, we were greeted warmly and waited just a short time in the very comfortable waiting room. We were seen very soon by nurse practitioner Michelle Beasley who listened to my son's concerns and addressed his skin care needs thoroughly. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had great bedside manner. We are happy we chose Vitality Dermatology for our skin care needs.

To my amazement I was I was able to get an appointment for the day that I called. I was able to see Kala almost immediately upon my arrival. Kala was most thorough with her examination and hopefully has diagnosed my issues. Overall my visit was a pleasant experience. Bill McGuire

We called to schedule an appointment for our first time visit. Didn’t have to wait 6 months, we got an appointment within the first 4 weeks afterwards. I like that they were able to get my son on a routine treatment to help him with folliculitis. His primary caregiver had already diagnosed him but encouraged us to see a dermatologist to help him with long term treatment. I am thankful for how they accepted me in as well. I was able to get a cyst removed that I have had issues with for several years. I have 2-3 more cyst I’ll be seeing them for to get removed I can’t wait till their all out and I’m done with them.
